Following the appointment of Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Khamenei as new Leader of the Islamic Revolution by the Assembly of Experts, the Guardian Council congratulated him on this selection.
In a message, the Guardian Council expressed its condolences on the martyrdom of the late Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and hailed the selection of his son, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, as the new and third Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
